  2. Turn the TV off. Do you devote more than two hours a day to TV? If you answered yes, then it’s likely you eat 137 more calories per day than those who watch less.
  3. Condition yourself to eat all meals-and always use a plate. Research shows you’ll consume 43 percent less food.
